Delivery Information

We currently offer free delivery on all of our shed, summerhouse & outdoor living products throughout South Wales; from Carmarthen to Newport.
We also offer free installation by our skilled fitters on all relevant products. Installation is usually carried out the same day as delivery.
*Please note, there must be sufficient access to ensure that any item ordered can be safely delivered to the location of installation. A suitable base must also be provided in order for installations to be carried out correctly. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure such a base is installed prior to Woodpecker Garden Buildings commencing with installation.
Our aim is to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. However, as all of our products are manufactured to order by us in our very own workshop. Our current lead time is 6 - 8 weeks. This lead time is subject to change, and if so will appear on the homepage of this site.
Any lead times on stock will be stipulated on the relevant item listing
Delivery Addresses
We can only deliver to registered residential or commercial addresses. Therefore, we cannot deliver to an unsecured allotment, car park, waste ground etc. - The basic "rule of thumb" we work to is: if a Royal Mail postman delivers to the address, it is likely that we will too.
All deliveries must be signed for. If we are unable to deliver but arrived on the day you advised but there is nobody in, then we would have to take the package away and there may be re-delivery charges / fees.
If we are unable to complete the delivery & installation due to reasons out of our control there may be re-delivery charges / fees.
Social Distancing Measures
Protecting the health and well-being of all our employees and customers is paramount. We continue to accept orders and make deliveries to most residential addresses across South Wales. To enable us to do this, we have introduced strict precautionary measures eliminating contact.
