Our garden buildings are made bespoke to fulfil every customer’s specifications and meet any functionality required. The possibilities are endless. Using only high-quality materials, installed by qualified professionals these garden rooms can provide you with your very own garden retreat, home gym, garden office or hobby area. All our garden rooms are available with a range of upgrade options, from bi-fold doors to additional windows and bespoke electrical packages, allowing you to create your ideal outdoor space.
- The external wall finish is a Western Red Cedar cladding (or similar) laid on top of 25mm counter battens.
- Breathable membrane is included as standard.
- Internal wall consists of CLS timber framing, OSB boards and PIR insulation boards.
- Walls finished internally with plasterboard and plaster.
- The floor will be constructed on a timber frame with OSB boards, PIR insulation boards, chipboard flooring, underlay and a laminate floor of your choice.
- The roof can be either flat or an apex roof. Finished with a choice of shingles or firestone rubber.
- All electrical work will be carried out by our qualified electrician who is fully certified.
- Our windows and doors are toughened, double glazed PVC as standard.
