Our aim at Woodpecker Garden Buildings is to retail at competitive prices while maintaining a high quality on all of our products.
Due to the high volumes of product sales at Woodpecker Garden Buildings, we have to be confident that quality is consistent throughout our range to keep in line with our customer's expectations. We therefore welcome all customer feedback - good or bad, to ensure our high standard is maintained.

Please ensure you include the original order or transaction reference, along with a description of the issue and pictorial evidence if possible. Your request will then be dealt with by one of our team members.
Timescales
As a general rule, our products all come with a 12 month parts guarantee as standard. If products come with an extended guarantee this is stated on each product page. Where no guarantee statement exists, the 12 month period applies.
Wherever an item has failed to live up to expectations, we will first repair to make as new where possible. If this cannot be done we will replace the faulty item with new.
