Delivery

We currently offer free delivery on all of our Garden Rooms, Sheds and Summerhouses throughout South Wales and Bristol. Outdoor living products may be subject to a delivery charge depending on postcode .

We also offer free installation by our skilled fitters on all relevant products. Installation is usually carried out the same day as delivery. Some larger buildings can take longer than one day, and garden rooms with internal packages can take 5-10 days to complete.

*Please note, there must be sufficient access to ensure that any item ordered can be safely delivered to the location of installation. A suitable base must also be provided by the customer in order for installations to be carried out correctly. We offer a free survey service to advise with any access or base issues that may arise prior to Woodpecker Garden Buildings commencing with installation.

Our aim is to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. However, as all of our products are manufactured to order by us in our very own workshop. Our updated lead times appear on the homepage of this site.

Any lead times on stock will be stipulated on the relevant item listing.

Delivery Addresses

We can only deliver to registered residential or commercial addresses. Therefore, we cannot deliver to an unsecured allotment, car park, waste ground etc. - The basic "rule of thumb" we work to is: if a Royal Mail postman delivers to the address, it is likely that we will too.

All deliveries must be signed for. If we are unable to deliver but arrive on the day you advised and there is nobody in, then we would have to take the package away and there may be re-delivery charges / fees.

If we are unable to complete the delivery & installation due to reasons out of our control there may be re-delivery charges / fees.
