After a site visit, we finalised the plans, agreed a price, placed a deposit for the order and discussed installation 6-8 weeks later. Installation happened as planned and all employees were always polite and respectful. Minor changes, snags, suggestions, were all taken onboard and dealt with by the team in a professional manner. Communication throughout was prompt. Some equipment ordered by me was delayed but WGB were very accommodating and worked around the delay and our family holiday to ensure a smooth installation. The cabin we had installed has a 4.8m x 6m footprint. The back half has a double glazed, plaster wall finish, vinyl floor, gym area. The front half has an open, decked area for our hot tub on one side and a fully functional sauna on the other side. When we set out to create our dream cabin in the garden, we had very high expectations. Barrie, Ash and the entire team at WGB have exceeded in all areas. The sauna they have created for us is remarkable and a true testament to the carpentry and joining skills of the team. The finish on the entire cabin is exceptional and I cannot recommend WGB enough."
